The recent budget cut initiatives, realignment of current/future programs, and increased interest from taxpayers in procurement spending give federal contractors every reason to focus on price more than ever before. Through this session, we will present attendees with financial management and pricing techniques, many of which can be applied before the pricing exercises are initiated to help contractors proactively present their best pricing solutions. Attendees can also expect to walk away with key components of a dynamic pricing model, which will ultimately help to better serve the government by providing reasonable and realistic rates that are fair for the government and sustainable by the company.
