DESCRIPTION
Peerless Technologies Corporation, an 8(a) small business based in Fairborn, Ohio, has built a proven and best practices approach to successfully managing multiple large IDIQ contracts with multiple task orders and subcontractors while bidding on single contract awards. In this session, we will impart the critical contracts management and business development elements needed for small businesses to "up their game" into the world of bidding on multiple large contract efforts. This session also tasks the listener through several examples of how contract management works with business development to manage large IDIQ proposal and task order bids.
