In this session, we will introduce visualization as a way to help contract professionals get executives on board. Working as practitioners and trainers, we have seen how visuals can convey complex messages quickly and easily, enhance communication and decision making, and add value to business performance. The fun, fast paced and interactive session is based on a sample session for senior leadership of a newly signed purchase agreement.
