In this interactive session, government and industry will learn how to better communicate with each other during the discussion phase of FAR Part 15 negotiated procurements to ensure a meeting of the minds for striking the best deal possible for both parties. Participants will be provided ideas for a more effective and streamlined process that will reduce administrative burden on both sides, tips to reduce protest risk, and strategies that will yield better and more meaningful information to allow the government to reach a best value decision. Learn how to share meaningful feedback with each other during the debriefing phase to improve contractors' chances for (and what the government can do better in) future source selections.
