DESCRIPTION As many contractors are experiencing, the Government's, and in particular, the Defense Contract Audit Agency, have set a new standard of expectations in the prime contractor oversight of subcontractors. For subcontractors who have successfully stayed off of DCAA's radar, that lack of oversight may now hinder the award of your next subcontract unless you are willing to grant the prime contractor full access to your books and records. Join us to discuss what is happening in the process, what should happen, and how the interpretation of regulations seems to vary drastically.
